Shipping policy

 

Our Shipping policies and timings: 

We charge between 55 EGP in Cairo and up to 100+ EGP Across Egypt depending on remote areas or further locations. 

During checkout, exact shipping cost shall be provided and calculated.  

*Opening packages before payment, is not allowed and unacceptable, due to multiple issues that have occurred in the past — if an order does not fit you, or for any reason you decide on returning it, or exchanging it you can do so from our exchange portal on our website (visit Returns Policy for more info) — but we do not offer “try before you buy” services as of now. 

2 to 5 day deliveries (timing may vary depending on location):

In the event that you place your order after 3 pm, your order will be considered placed on the next business day, meaning that it will be dispatched the day after, giving it a 2 to 4 day window delivery. 

Please note that Gym Apparel, and our third party courier service shall by all means work on delivering your orders in a timely manner and as soon as an order has been placed. In the event it may be delayed under any circumstances, Gym Apparel, has the reserved rights to cancel any order without prior notice; only in the event; that the customer has not been taking the courier services calls; has entered false information (such as address, telephone number, etc...) or any other reason that may occur. 

Note:

• Gym Apparel will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
