Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned (shall be mentioned next to the product if it applies to it).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order # and a picture of the item with reason of return) to be submitted through our Exchange and Returns tab on the homepage. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing not due to our error will not be eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through our portal. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, an average of 10 to 14 days

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONLY THROUGH THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

 

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

This includes BLACK FRIDAY, Cyber Monday and all SALE Events, and other private sales that may happen throughout the year. 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges require the same 2 - 4 days window - but are processed faster than refunds. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if a size is change is required. If you need to exchange it for the same item/size, use this link - Returns and Exchanges (click) for self submission and resolution options, and we shall proceed accordingly, if the exchange size is available at the time. Make sure you use your order number that beginning with GA and the email used when placing your order. 

The other option would be, Store Credit - where you can purchase anything else with, under the same value of the previous purchase you have made. 

SHIPPING:

After Submission through Returns and Exchanges or via email - a representative from a third party couriers side will come and pick up the items submitted for exchange or return. 

Customer shall be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gym Apparel will and cannot be held accountable for any actions, delays, or mishaps that may occur from any third party courier services - yet we shall always work to the best of our ability to ensure a pleasant experience is provided to our customers through any third party service that we use. If any issues occur, you can always contact us to further assist and escalate matters -- but once the order is fulfilled from our end, it is all in the hands of the courier services and their responsibility.
